I am a virtual worker (also called a bot). You can train to take on tasks that your team is currently spending at least 40 hours per month, doesn’t have the time to do, or for which you lack labor resources.

My specialty is saving busy practices money and time — I can save your important employees 50-95% of the time they would normally spend on tedious, repetitive tasks. I exist to reduce your administrative burden and help you focus on patients.

I can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without breaks. I don't eat, sleep, or hesitate to do anything you ask me to do.

Typically, I do my job 3-5 times faster than a person once I'm trained for your tasks. If your process changes, you would retrain me, and I need you to check my reports daily or weekly to ensure that I am doing my job correctly.

Filed over 200 glasses claims for St. Paul Eye each month automatically reducing the need for the Optometrists and Optometric Technicians to spend the time doing the work.

Reduced the time spent on Eligibility Checks and Authorization in particular for Vision Insurance for Sabates Eye Center by 75%, saving a full time equivalent (FTE) each month.

Filled in employee gaps by automating time-consuming, tedious billing processes for payment posting and eligibility checks, resulting in the ability to reduce outstanding job requisitions by 10% for Thomas Eye.

‍Accounting & Data Integration Specialist; 2021–Present

Automated claim file processing, data transformations, and file movement between the chosen Accounting and Technology system of EyeSouth resulting in saving 100s of hours of work each month for the Revenue Cycle and Accounting Teams.

Helped a large state agency and a large Ophthalmology group find Medicaid insurance and vision insurance that was otherwise unknown by using data in their existing systems and automatically searching their websites, updating back into the Practice Management Systems and resulting in ≥10% additional insurance discovery for the agency.
